This dish is great for an easy weeknight dinner I used smoked paprika, and that gave the chops a very distinct flavor. Using bbq tongs, place the meat directly over the heat. I was looking for a recipe that wouldn't take much time to make, or be very complicated. Heat up an outdoor grill and let it come to a medium heat which is about 400 degrees F. I really liked it, especially how quick it was to make. Place the chops on the hotter side of the grill, cover, and cook until grill marks appear on the bottom, about 3 minutes per side.
